
Spicy Plum Sauce
Equipment
- Small mixing bowl
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Whisk
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp shaoxing rice wine or cooking sherry
- 3 tbsp plum sauce
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp light soy sauce not to be confused with low sodium
- 1/2 tsp dark or regular soy sauce
- 1 tsp roasted white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined. Set aside until ready to use.
Notes
- If you don’t have light or dark soy sauce, use 1-1/2 tsp of regular soy sauce.
- Rice wine can be replace with white vinegar.
