Pescetarian

Pescetarianism is all about eating seafood. A pescetarian diet incorporates whole food, plant based eating along with fish and shellfish. Pescetarians don’t eat red meat. And some don’t eat animal by products like eggs, milk and cheese, and others do. Seafood offers a wide variety of fish and shell fish for a pescetarian to choose from. You have fresh and salt water fish. Then you have the regions where the seafood is caught and the season in which it has been fished. The waters where the fish is caught whether warm, cold or somewhere in between, provides different nutritional value, textures and flavors.
