Spicy Plum Sauce
A slightly sweet, spicy and tart sauce that transforms a vegetable stir fry, as well as seafood and meat dishes to a delicious flavorful experience with every bite. This versatile sauce is quick and easy to make and can be stored for 3-4 days in your refrigerator.

- Small mixing bowl
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Whisk
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp shaoxing rice wine or cooking sherry
- 3 tbsp plum sauce
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp light soy sauce not to be confused with low sodium
- 1/2 tsp dark or regular soy sauce
- 1 tsp roasted white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined. Set aside until ready to use.
