The kitchen microwave, has for me always been relegated to reheating food. This video, brought to us from Cooks Illustrated, is a game changer for me. When you have an understanding of how things work it can up your game in the kitchen. The first thing I’m going to try is microwave fried shallots and garlic. I’ll let you know how it works out.
