Simple All-Purpose Cantonese Style Oyster Sauce
Simple all-purpose oyster sauce can be used to create many different Chinese style and Asian recipes at home. This sauce is quick and easy to make and can be customized to suit your needs. To change the sauce profile, I’ve added chopped Thai chili peppers or minced jalapenos. I’ve minced garlic, ginger, and or green onions and added them to the oil and sautéed for a minute or two, before adding the prepared sauce mix. You can go on your own culinary journey. The amount of sauce in this recipe can serve anywhere from 1-6 servings, and that's depending on what you're going to use your simple all-purpose oyster sauce in. This recipe is easy to scale up.
