Ingredients
2tbspsesame oil
1 tbspraw honey
2 tspsoy sauceor Braggs amino acids
½tspfinely minced garlic
½tspred chili flakes
1tsproasted sesame seeds
¼tspsea salt
¼tspblack pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a medium size bowl and whisk vigously for approximately 1 minute or until everything thing is well incorporated.
10 minutes before the end of the roasted vegetables cook time, remove from oven. Put vegetables into bowl with glaze and gently toss or turn with a cooking spoon.
Return to baking tray and oven and continue roasting for 10 minute turning once or until bubbly and slightly caramelize. Serve hot.
Notes
I use this on roasted butternut squash steaks, brussel sprouts, in fact on all roasted oven vegetables, including dark leafy greens.
