A simple, yet flavorful dressing for sashimi tuna. The ginger and green onions is accentuate the natural sweetness of fresh tuna. The mango adds a burst of color and acidity that round out the dish.
To serve, add mango, all the green onion tops, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Mix well and serve over rice.
